2022 Specialized’s Kids + Active Design Strategy

 

Holistic color and graphic strategy for Specialized’s 2022 Kids and Active bike categories, driven by trend analysis and in-depth research into the rider and global markets. I collaborated with product managers and the CMF team to create a color palette for each category and strategized how that palette, paint techniques, and graphic elements would be applied both broadly and across sub-categories, ensuring alignment with categories outside of Active and Kids and connection to the Specialized brand. Paint techniques and graphics (including sticker packs) were all developed and created by myself.
